Highly recommend Carrie.

I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help me. We have the house today because of her excellent knowledge of the market and her ability to negotiate on the sale. With the market in this area being up and up is hard and impossible for someone with a single income to obtain a home without a good realtor. I highly recommend her because she has excellent communication skills and excellent knowledge of the market. I have dyslexia, and I’m always asking questions and need verbal explanation of the process . She was always available to answer any or all my questions and provided detailed information about our transaction both written & verbally to make sure I understood. I work 3rd shift which can make it difficult to view homes, she worked around my schedule for the showings. I highly recommend Carrie and I know that in any future transactions she will be my go to realtor!

"Carrie was my agent for the sale of my house in Holland, Michigan.Carrie's strategy for the sale was a master class in minimizing time on market while maximizing the price offered by buyers. My house was on the market for only four days and my wife and I were very happy with the offers which we received.
