I chose Carrie from 3 different recommendations online. It was her initial fast response, personalized service with no boiler plating that made me choose her. Since I had tenants in the house I was worried about being able to show the house but Carrie jumped in, developed a relationship with the tenants and showed the house to about seven potential buyers in one afternoon and we received two offers. That was such a relief to get past that hurdle so easily. We ran into a few hiccups, one with the county and another with a hail storm but Carrie kept pushing forward and we closed. I live in another State so to feel secure that someone was taking care of the sale for me was important and Carrie did just that. Thanks!
